Can anyone tell me if the scene during the song 'Comfortably Numb' from the film version of 'The Wall' is an actual true event from Roger Water's childhood? I'm talking about the story where he finds a Rat, and tries to nurse it back to health but ends up catching a disease.

Saw them do The Wall in London back in the early 80's. Brillbags.
I went to see them at Earls Court on the Division Bell tour :-)
