Josie Lawrence and Hysteria 2

Does anyone know the song title, or describe the song Josie Lawrence sang during the Hysteria 2 concert in 1989.  It was not the one about the toothbrush.

She sang three songs; they were all about the toothbrush.

 

First was Country & Western style, then Sondheim with a sort of "Send in the Clowns" feel to it, then heavy metal ("We are Bon Julie") at which point Richard Vranch left his piano to play rock guitar out front with her (is there no end to the man's talents?)
