"Hey, i'm going to Barbados" opens with air traffic control doing a voice over. Is that what you mean?

Or "Hey, I'm goint to Ibitza?"
Just a tip- to keep the thread going you could have posted this question as a response to your original question.

Is Honeymoon Suite teh name of a film that you thought this song was featured in.?

Was it male or female singer? Bon Jovi had a song about Maybe Someday, Maybe Someway but it didn't mention "pot of gold". Are you certain it wasn't ABC - All of My Heart. Are you certain about all your lyrics?

Graham-W- I don't think I've ever heard "Hey, We're Going to Barbados" being classed as a power ballad.
lol!
Yeah factor30, I know it's not what I would call a power ballad but it does have an intro which could be mistaken for an airport.
"We got the Power" by the staff of Leeds office of EoN
cazzz1975- I don't think that link to Dot's answer is the track billy1 was looking for, as the lyrics don't match at all.
I think billy1 needs to give more info such as male/female
