Help!

I have a party to go to on Saturday and I have been lumbered with dressing like the Indian one from the Village People.

The look I am going for is:

I have exhausted all fancy dress hire and shops, all seem to have Indian outfits, but no 'camp' Village People type ones (i.e. fluff on boots and loin cloth!)

Il;d go to a craft shop and get feathers etc to add on
