I know its a long shot but I heard a song on my local radio station yesterday/Monday (Norfolk) and even though I have looked through a couple of playlists, I cant find out what it was called. The other problem is I cant remember the words etc all I can remember is that it was an old song, probably 60's/70's, the chap sang in a very cockney voice most of the way through and in the middle was this really bizarre little bit of music/do be do type bit. I know its not much to go on but does this ring any bells with anyone please?

Its probably not but with the cockney accent the first thing to come to mind is - Lazy Sunday Afternoon - The Kinks - starts - wouldnt it be nice to get on with your neighbours ..................
Lazy Sunday Afternoon - Small Faces?
Sounds like pretty much everything/anything by "The Amazing Darts"!
