I have looked everywhere for even a clue as to what his name is.....nothing i can find out.

I would guess that, being the video for "Happy" was filmed in Cuba, he could simply be a model/actor from over there, or that region, and for some strange reason his name is not being released, maybe due to copyright or confidentialality, so sorry about that, but i did try.

Besides you can do far better, i'm sure, eh?
