name of song please on the f word?

hi,
ive been wanting to know the title and singer of a certain song for absolutely aaaaaaaaages now without any luck.
i heard it being played in the background on gordon ramseys f word on channel 4 tonight (tues 1st dec) at 6mins 15secs into the programme.
im going to try and include the link here, taken from the channel4 site, but i doubt i will be successful lol, in the hope that one of you clever cloggs out there might know it and let me know :o)

ohhh judge nutmeg, you dont know just how grateful i am of you answering my question!
ive been trying to find out what this song is for sooooo long now, hearing little clips of it on different programmes here and there, but never quite enough to get any clues, ive even 'tried' singing the ''ooooooh oooooooh'' part to people in hope they recognise what it is, but of course they never do! lol .. and now, finally, thanks to you judge nutmeg, i now know!
