Bubbles & Water?

Ok Guys figure this one out.

Was in Brussels a couple of years ago and saw a catchy little pop number on the tv over there. Now i did have the name & the title but have since lost it and naturally the tune is bouncing around my head driving me crazy. The translation of the song had something to do with bubbles and water. The video had the young female singer in a clear plastic box singing while it was being filled slowly with water. And if i remember correctly she was wearing an orangy/red tracksuit type thing. Anyway on the off chance i thought id ask incase any Brussels residents check out this site.
