Could anyone suggest a good soothing CD to listen to in bed and hopefully help me to sleep? Thanks

I find the theme music to 'Sky at Night' very relaxing.

Norah Jones is good!
Yes, I'm not saying she's boring and sends me to sleep or aything! Just that the CD is very relaxing!

I think Bright Eyes - Im Wide Awake And Its Morning album is a really good chill out/fall asleep album
