I got a trombone for christmas. Any advice on playing it? Any books, DVDs, etc you recommend? I would only like to play Ghost Town by the end of the year (2005). Thanks.

I have been playing for about a year, yet to discover any books though! 

Advice for stopping your slide from sticking...use Nivea cream (Little round blue container)
