REM Live In...Where?

Back in 2000/2001 I caught the last 10 minutes of an REM gig on TV.

If my memory serves me correct, they were playing in the street in the middle of a city (I suppose) and there were people watching the show from their balconies etc...

So my question is "where was that gig?" and "is it available on DVD?"

For some reason I think it was Berlin but hopefully someone reading this will be able to confirm one way or the other.

Hi, Can anyone help, I am after the name of the artist and song - it was out a few years ago, it was a dance song and the video was futuristic with model like robots lying around a swimming pool? many thanks
