Late 80's early 90's audi ad music

Hi, I am trying to find out the name of the music that is played on a late 80's or possibly early 90's audi advert. The advert has a silver car driving along a road near the sea, the advert is filmed in black and white. While driving along (or it may have been parked) the car is splashed by a massive wave.
The music that is played is modern classical style, bit like Enigma. The only bit of the song i can remember is a women singing 'ooohhh Only you, only you'. Any help would be appreciated i have been going around in circles with this!

I believe that you mean the song used for the 1991 Fiat Tempra ad.
