Anti BNP play banned

A sensible decision in as much if a theatre production endorsed the BNP then it would be likely to banned under the same criteria.

If a pro BNP play was banned, would that be an attack on free speech?

I am having trouble working out the stated reason for banning it. Is it:

a) because some parts of the community might be offended because such a play is going on just around the corner, even though they will not watch it?

b) because some parts of the community might not realise they will be offended and accidentally go and watch it?
