Title of late 1980's instrumental dance tune

Help....I'm trying to find out the title of a track that I think dates to 1989 and was in the charts. It is largely instrumental and has a baritone sax and flute on it with I believe a french male vocal in the background muttering a few words. Does anyone have a clue?

No - but thanks for the help. It was slower than this. I went through all of the Yello tracks in iTunes but still no luck
