Happiness

I'm desperately trying find the name of this song and who it's by. It starts off with the words happiness I think, with a woman singing this. I believe it's fairly new song. It starts of slow and builds up. Ive heard it many times on the radio but keep missing who it's by and it's been played over as background music for the London Marathon this morning. This may not be much to go by but any comments would be great.
