Morning everyone ..... bit of a miserable one out there, at least it is where I am .... anyway, back to puzzles.

Re the above puzzler - "This city is gearin up to host what is arguably the world's biggest annual sporting event (?Tour de France). A major port, it suffered severe damage from bombing during the past century. In recent years it has developed as a ajor centre for clubbing and dance music, and has evolved its own special sub-genre of hip hop (?breakcore). Name the city"

Is it Rotterdam - it all seems to fit and Rotterdam is where the 2010 Tour de France starts.
