I have a complete boxed set of every album released by the Carpenters and the box is signed by Richard Carpenter (Karen had already died) - does anyone know where I could get this valued and sell it if I wanted to. (Please don't say E-Bay or the like as I don't want to go that route)

You could write to Record Collector magazine and ask them. They often publish lists of what records are worth. Having said that, it's only worth what someone is prepared to pay for it, and hence you can only try this out by putting it on Ebay and seeing how popular it is-or not!

try phoning that bbc1 program cash in the attic or....bargin hunt....then you can be on tv too..and meet the duke dave dickinson....cheap as chips!!

I have still got them as I decided to keep them + I never got around to getting them valued so still have no idea as to their value! sorry
