Tape from camcorder but no camcorder to play it with

When I went on holiday in 2005 I took a friends camcorder that played fujifilm p5-90 tapes in it, after moving stuff round I've recently found the tape but my friend no longer had the camcorder, so how can I get my beloved tape onto the computer or otherwise (disc maybe) without buying a camcorder? cheers

That's an 8MM tape, probably your best bet is a look on Ebay for a 8mm camcorder second hand

Even better, find a Digital 8 with analog capability. Almost all digital 8 camcorders could play 8 mm analog tapes. The advantage is that you can then transfer the video using the firewire connection on the camcorder.
