Its a song by a UK dance/indie band. Its a woman singing, but sometimes she talks about sex education, and a boy asking a girl out.

I can't remember the song title or band. The vocals by the woman are very cool and icy, akin to Sophie Ellis Bextor.

I wish I could remember this track as I loved it when it came out. I think it was late 90's, early noughites.
