cant remember band name

i cant for the life of me remember a band i went and saw in 2007, i know they are a metalcore ish band, but they had one song that was alot lighter.
also in 2007 for warped tour thier singer had a guest spot during a Killswitch engage performance, and the band was also on warped tour 2007, however i cant find them on the list....
its been eating at my mind for a couple weeks now
