When you download a song from Amazon in MP3 format for, say, 69p, is that all it costs?...no hidden charges, instead of postage/shipping? I've never downloaded from amazon before. Ta Muchly.
Hi, I've never downloaded from amazon, but i have done from play.com and it's probably pretty much the same method. You click in the link to buy the mp3, put in the payment details and then what usually happens is that a window with the mp3 file will come up ready for you to download. No hidden costs and only takes a minute.
Many Thanks Oucy....by put in the payment details, do you mean the price of the mp3 or the mp3 price and your own payment details...unless you've got an account with whoever?...sorry for being so pedantic, but it can go oh so seriously wrong when using a screen reader which wants to fight with every incoming 'device'....smile.
I thought of that doc but I'm not at all technical, I have some blank dvds but not an mp3 or anything like that. I keep meaning to ask my granddaughter when I see her next time how to go on.
What usually happens, is that you have to sign into your account and the click on the link to purchase the MP3 (eg. "purchase/buy" etc), then it will take you to a screen where you put in your credit card details which you then have to confirm. Once you've confirmed them the MP3 file should load on a new page ready for you to click on and download.
Is this any help?
Because Ry you and the Doc aint a techno-duffer like me and I guess you aint got a screen reader, so it aint that easy. Oucy, that's a bit clearer. Gran, nowt to be sorry for...bad grammar!...and I mean grammar as in grammer not another word for grandma...smile!!!!
