No quick answer to that but  iTunes have a folk category (which would contain them) you can browse through. I take it you mean the Van Morrison, Phil Coulter, Fureys, Pogues, Chieftains type rather than the Daniel O'Donnell variety which would come under Pop. If the former, type in Irish Folk in Amazon, they have 163 albums available. HMV UK have about 45. Or search on the individual artists.
