justin beiber tickets

hi all

i have recently purchased tickets to go see justin beiber next year, and i was wondering how long it takes for tickets to be sent out, i have called ticket factory and because the concert isnt until next year they dont seem to be to bothered, but they are a surprise christmas present for my little sister, and was wondering if anyone else has ordered any and got theres or anyone knows a date they are being sent out

I bought my wife some Westlife tickets a couple of years ago and was in the same situation so I made a pretend letter from Westlife something like:

"Dear xxxx,
Tis the boys from westloife here. looking forward to seeing you in March"

and so on. That did the trick.
