This is very vague, however, it's worth a shot.

It sounds like mid 80's buju banton style music.

It has a chorus line like:

z,zz,zzz,zzz,zz a....z,zzz,zig,zag....

In the begining he said. "Well I rude boy and..."
also has "in fingerpainting goes like dirty" in the beginging.

Any help?
