There's a song being played on virgin radio, lyrics are something like 'you got wires coming out of your skin, you got wise going in' and then something about corridors. It's a male singer - a bit coldplay stylee. sorry not much to go on! Thx

It's Athlete and a song called Wires...I was written when the singer's newborn daughter was ill in hospital.

Buy the album!  It's well worth a tenner!

Wires is all about seeing his newborn in hospital, and really gets to you when you listen to the lyrics properly. Sounds like he's practically in tears when he gets to the last line.

Don't buy the album. It's appalling. Even worse than their previous one, Vehicles and Animals.
