I made an incorrect order on ticketmaster, wrong venue, can I get a refund, and if so how? I only made the mistake a couple of hours ago...

Did you check their website for the answer?

Ticketmaster say:-

"Once you have clicked "Submit Order" tickets cannot be cancelled or exchanged so please check your booking carefully before submitting your order."
