What are the main music magazines or papers these days? When I last looked, decades ago, they were NME and Melody Maker

and

BBC Music

... or maybe that's just a sign of my age.

For Metal, you need Kerrang! or Metal Hammer, for Rock and Pop, try Q, and for retro and AOR you need Mojo, or Classic Rock. Extreme Metal - Terrorizer is good for you. For Acoustic, the wonderful 'Acoustic' - plug plug, I write for them.

If you want techincal stuff, for drummers, the wonderful 'Rhythm' - I write for them too.

That should keep you going - if you want some more - come back.

Classic Rock is an excellent read for those into the 'old school' bands. Although it has been out for a few years now, you might have missed some great features.
