Where can I find some snow?

My girlfriend and I are going to be travelling about europe from now until June, was wondering where I might find some decent snow during this period. We are looking to be in Poland next week to have a look at Aufschwitz and then go over to Prague, think we will find any snow there?

I may just add that there shoudl be something interesting to see or do in these places, I'm not gonna go to somewhere simply for snow!
