Actually I don't think much is changing.
What happened in Egypt only did so because of the Army's cooperation. Where you don't have that the results of rising up against a dictator are being demonstrated in Lybia as they were before in Iraq and in China.

A wind, Steve? It is a bl--dy hurricane, category 3 at the moment - it will go 5 if there are troubles in Iran, Saudi or Israel gets drawn in and goes for the missile buttons.
