it sounds like the sample used in Shades Of Rhythm - Sweet Sensation.... from the rave days......

I cant access Youtube whilst at work but i know the female sample used is from the dance classic, Loleatta Holloway’s ‘Love Sensation’ that was probably most famously used by Black Box - Ride on time.
