Seat Ibiza MK 5 handbrake cable

Can anyone tell me how to lift the centre console on a MK5 Ibiza 2008>
tried looking for fixings screws etc no joy - don't want to break it.thje cup holder doesn't come out like earlier models!!!! ****btw*** its drums not discs
I need to get to the handbrake cable for slight adjustment, JUST the cable!!
have been to Ibiza oc & Seat Cupra site, but no joy there,

I don't want to know anything else related to this.

Thanks Guys - neither of them are any good - polo is different to my model ibiza - my centre don't seem to come apart the same as that -
other links were mk 3 / mk 4 "Seats"
must keep searching - nobody wants to do their own adjustments!

gsr, did you check out Google? it says lift up the gear stick gater, then you will see the screws that hold the centre console.

I lifted the gaiter but nothing there

Is there an Ash tray within the console? if so, pull out the innards of the tray & check beneath for any screws.
