Yes I remember it well...I think it was by 20 Fingers.

I think you'll find that actually, DJ Rankin did a remix of 'I'm a Dreamer' by Livin' Joy. The remix has those lyrics at the start.. and a little bit throughout.

Definitely 20 Fingers - they also did something called 'You Gotta Lick It; and some others, which were all along the 'lets make a record, talk dirty and put a catchy beat in it, so you wont be able to get it ot of your head for days' line :)
