could i be pregnant?
4 Answers
My last period was July 17 2011 I started 2 days early, i was supposed to start July 19. Since my son was born almost 2 yrs ago I have been basically very regular. On July 24 I had a pylonidal cyst & on July 31 it exploded. I took half an antibiotic July 26-28 then took an entire antibiotic from Aug 3-9. I use an Android app that tracks my period & ovulation & it said I should have ovulated July 26-31. I know antibiotics can mess that up & we didn't have sex until between Aug 3-6. Based on my period being early my period should have started on Aug 14 or if it was gonna start based on the old schedule it should have started Aug 16. On Aug 15 I had sever abdominal cramps like I was gonna start my period, on Aug 16 I went to the bathroom & when I wiped I had a very light tint of light pink on the tp, I never would have noticed had i not looked closely to see if my period was starting. That was the only time I had anything on the tp. I figured since I was already late I took a hcg test in the afternoon on Aug 17, it came back negative. I took another test Aug 18 in the morning & peed on the test window on accident so not really sure-it didn't say anything. I used a hcg test that is for 5 days before missed period. I havent had any cramping since the 15 & with my son I didn't get a very strong positive at 5.5 weeks pregnant, is it possible that i am pregnant & that because of my antibiotics my ovulation time was messed up and the light tint of pink on the tp was implant bleeding on the 16th of Aug? My husband and i aren't trying to have another baby right now but I am a smoker & want to do what is best for the baby & quit again. We don't do anything to prevent pregnancy because we believe that if its Gods plan we will have a baby regardless of what we do. Any help would be great!
