I do think the woman from the VT was astonishingly brave, considering she thought she was dealing with a road traffic accident but I have seen plenty of footage of people with guns and knives being apprehended. I just think we're a bit too reasonable. Does it really make you feel safe?

there were making no attempts to hurt anyone else, or escape, in fact they were just standing around talking - so why would anyone have risked being hacked to death to tackle them to the ground?
for what purpose?
because they would have undoubtedly attacked back if they had been tackled.
