Let us all raise a metaphorical glass to this member of the judicary.The reason for this, his ruling that a 28 year old Chinese immigrant -a failed asylum seeker suspected of involvement in two similar crimes-carried out a terrifying robbery in London in 2010 to try to pay off a £200,000 debt.The Judge has suggested he be deported despite him having two children with British citizenship and his claims for a family life etc. Good on you Lord Justice Moore-Bick.

We can cheer when he actually goes.

He will probably take it through the courts for the next few years and by then will have a few more kids so will be allowed to stay.
