No One Cares About Grenfell
29 Answers
Theresa May pretty much promised that action on Grenfell would be part of her legacy. Fact is it really won't be.
Two years on only 15% of the Grenfell money has gone to where it is needed.
Two years on people are STILL living in hotels and temporary accommodation.
Two years on still 200 tower blocks have the exact same problems that Grenfell did which caused the destruction, loss of life and horror that we saw.
She even has continued austerity in the fire service.
Will the next Gov make right?

Look how much attention this thread got.
It's ironic though, if crap like all that went down here people would be crying and begging for help or peace.
Thank you for your answer Mushroom.

Spath, I've been at SHP's combined safety event at Excel this week, including "Firex", https:/ /www.fi rex.co. uk/ and I can assure you that both at Firex and at the main umbrella expo, all the seminars I attended demonstrate that this matter is getting some very serious consideration indeed.
"Is this your attempt at 'noise' or have you done something more meaningful?"
I'm currently wearing a green T shirt.
All noise starts from a social platform. Where people congregate their frustrations and make plans from that.
Mushroom.. it's a shame because as you see from the stats in my OP, sprinkler systems across London still need renovating, cladding on up to 200 buildings still needs changing. That's just the health and safety aspects from what's happened.. Not the 'we need to help those affected' aspect.
Also fire department austerity is asking for it.
