Are the Americans (or indeed the UK) expecting a terrorist attack? Has Biden choosing to 'end' the war in Afghanistan after exactly twenty years meant that they will use it as a date to carry out another? I am sure the security forces are at high alert but has recent events made it even more likely?

the question answers itself - - of course the threat is very great ( Manc Ch Constable) and it is absolutely central that we have more bobbies, more arms, a tanka too, and me? a fracking great pay rise ( with pension)

That's the second time you've referenced a Biden response to a terror attack, Barsel. How do you think Biden, Obama or Trump would have responded to 9/11? And what do you think Biden's reaction would be were there another terrorist attack of this magnitude?

I don't know, Barsel. I hope we never have to find out. Same as i hope we never have to find out just how effective our own leaders would be in their response to such an horrific attack.

Tell you what, I had to go into Manchester a while ago and I couldn't believe the number of high story buildings there are now.
It looks like a permanent building site.
