And abandoning the unlucky constituents in Uxbridge and S- Ruislip, who inherited him for the last election. The EX PM is looking for a house in the country where he first became an MP representing Henley.
Wonder which Multi millionare is going to buy the house for him this time.

It is not uncommon for an MP to live in a constituency other than the one they represent in parliament.

MPs spend most of their time in London anyway.

When he was PM he lived in Downing Street, a long way from Uxbridge and South Ruislip. He is currently residing in Camberwell and is planning to move to Dulwich.
He now has a young family, so his housing needs have changed.

What they mean by "fuels speculation" is that they're speculating without any meaningful foundation.
