OK I'm panicking now! I unfortunately recorded over my husband's copy of Cruel Sea-Penlee disaster that was shown on the BBC a while back. I have tried rubbing my temples to turn back time, but it doesn't work. It's not being repeated anytime soon, has anyone got any ideas?

Thanks bednobs but it was one of my programmes and he saw the look on my face(too honest!)I think the shade of red gave it away!

I've trawled the BBC website (no maritime pun intended) and it's not being repeated OR being released on dvd any time soon :o( best I could find was a book about it..sorry
