and aren't they those special security ones you can only have cut if you have the numbers.?If the numbers were on a piece of paper inside the bank then they'd be really stuffed. Good job they always leave a spare one under the plant pot by the front door! That's why I bank with Barclays, always thinking ahead to a crisis!

if you have a problem with the key, youve probably chosen the wrong song! They should ask halifax for advice

Maybe they should contract Timpsons to provide all their key based requirements.

Seroiously though, this has been asked before - I think it was a question on an application form.

I wish Barclays would just get a move on and resolve these key issues. I'm fed up with hearing about them. It's been going on for months & months; the management can't be very good if they don't do something about them. It's put me off banking with them.
