2.claim expenses for our time from parking authorities?
How obvious is that you do not even read or (rather) pretend to read your letters and insist on wasting hard working peoples time just because you want to make money to feed your FAT CATS and hungry wardens on innocent people. I know exactly what is your very unethical solely on financial gain tactics. Why do I say that?
1) Sent you letter about this pcn and received a standard rejection letter not mentioning anything what I said on my letter not mentioning why you are not cancelling it despite my clear explanations; anybody in a clear mind could see the mistake and can act accordingly to correct it.
2) You are just hoping I might just pay and forget about it like many other people.
3) During the appeal process with other hundreds of things going in our busy life I might just miss a dead line for crucial appeal and pay 4 or 5 times more what it is actual fine is.
4) I am a PCO driver as you and your wardens could see it from the badge on the car; now I am demanding 25.00 per letter I have written to you. Even if you cancel this letter I do not accept it I like to go to adjudicator and claim my 50.00 + the time going to court. I could have been working or spend time with my family rather than writing this rather unnecessary letter. It is understandable people can make mistakes but yours is something different.

You will not be awarded such costs from any other court or from a parking adjudicator who may deal with your cases.
You would be most unlikely to succeed. Unfortunately we all have to deal with bureaucracy that we either disagree with in principle or in detail. The small claims court would take the view that so long as the tickets have been issued in good faith and that you are not being victimised, you have a duty to either pay them or appeal against them and any costs incurred in doing so must be borne by you.
Nobody hates such petty officialdom and the associated jobsworths more than I do. There are far more important matters that they and all of us can be getting on with. Unfortunately it is all part of lifes rich tapestry.
