Charged With Abh S47

Hi all,
I got charged with abh s47 , because of the allegation to hit my son, which I didn't.

First statement of my son age 11 year, to the police and social that father hit me but later he tell the reality to the social ,but the social is not ready to listen, but still he got the statement that it was not dad, it was his younger brother 9 year old , he punched him in the eye.

First statement of the wife yes I hit him, but the background of the statement is the police and social services told her in that panic situation that if you support your husband then we will take away all your kids from you and she is immigrant with language and culture understanding barrier, because of the scarenes of taking the kids,she said yes to all questions.
But later on some professionals advise her that you don't be scared from anyone nobody can take your kids from you without any solid reason, as a residence of this country you got full access to the justice. And after that she explain the reality to the social services that she give the first statement in pressure and scare.

But still police take me to the crown court , now if my wife and son tel the real story in the court then what will happen to me.

I would think if all allegations are rescinded ...nothing...but social services may want to monitor things at home....if the court is made aware all allegations have gone it may not even proceed...you need to ask your solicitor about this scenario...
