Why Judge Our Politicians On Their Looks?
29 Answers
First we had Brown and his dropping jaw and recently various comments regarding Farage's swivel eyes, and now Milliband is the brunt of the insults, just because of his unacceptable media image.
What a superficial lot we have become if we are to judge the merits of our politicians on the way they look or in this case the way they eat a bacon butty.

Unfortunately looks and sex appeal do seem to influence voting.
Thatcher had a high number of middle aged male supporters.
Clegg's stock rose among women during he televised debates.
Blair was young and good looking and Hague, IDS and Howard weren't.
Brown wasn't good looking, but Cameron was.
UKiP does badly amongst women voters.
It shouldn't make any difference but does. And not just in politics, throughout all walks of life. Those fortunate to be good looking do better, it has been proven.

Nor am I. It's absolutely wrong (though also really, really interesting) that Ed had plastic surgery reccomended. Her certainly wasn't reccomended it by the people producing those pictures.
Also Dr. Solomon's research sounds like total balls to me, and also has nothing to do with mockery.
"These pictures definitely do sway many people's opinions unfortunately."
I don't believe you.
