When we finally get the chance to vote in a referendum on whether to stay or leave the EU does anyone know whether it will be a simple choice of A or B or a confusing gobbledegook of government questioning ?

Tick Box A if you want to have your relatives molested by marauding immigrants and all your money sent to Bongo Bongo Land to buy iPhones for rich children
Tick Box B if you want the UK to return to a 1950's style "Land of Milk and Honey" populated entirely by white, middle-class, heterosexual families.
Seems legit to me ...

I would like us to stick to the original template of joining with Europe in a Common Market to trade with Europe as a sort of club member. It seems to me that things have escalated out of all proportion into a federal Europe. I would like the referendum question paper to actually give us the option of governing our own country from Westminster with complete control over our own borders.
The EU referendum voting slips have already been printed, here is an image of one

Jackdow33 The chosen wording was 'Remain in the EU' or 'Leave the EU' partly because there was an exact non ambiguous translation to Welsh. The word 'stay' was not considered.
Bednobs then unless you voted UKIP you would have no option but to accept a 'Remain in the EU' decision. That is the point of a referendum to find out what the people want.

when you vote in a general election, you vote for the party that accords with your views on most things. If the EU was important to you, you would vote for a party who had the same views as you. I already spent a long time deciding who to vote for, i really don't understand why i wouldn't want those highly paid MPs who franly know more about the ins and outs than me to make the decision on my behalf
