Should There Be A General Election?

Today Theresa May steps down as PM.
The next PM will be chosen by a handful of unrepresentative Tory party members.
After this, should the new PM call a general election?

The Tory party is destroying itself: you have Raab saying he’d try to suspend parliament and the Peterborough Tory demanding the party deselect and MP who didn’t support “No Deal”. This is the sort of stuff even UKIP would not have dared come out with in the past.

If you listen to what Corbyn said, it's actually correct.
He would have to think it through, and he'd prefer for it not to be first use.
Anyhow doesn't NATO protect us from such things?
Nothing in that video or article implies Jeremy hasn't defened his own country or wouldn't.
It's all situational and until the situation arises it's all well saying yes nuke them to save us but they're just words. Corbyn tells it as he see's it. Doesn't just say things to get people in the mood.

The thing is if you want the Tories out Spath you also have to remove Jeremy Corbyn because he's not electable and palatable to the undecideds who at this juncture are the ones who could swing a Labour GE win, so he's collateral damage if you like, plus he's proved himself to be ineffectual as a leader and to be turning blind eyes to issues within the party.
