I am very worried because they're not interested in people like me who have done the right thing, worked all my life in engineering for companies that exported around the world, earning money for this country, paid my taxes, never claimed benefits, saved in a pension scheme for my old age. They only seem bothered about the latest minority interest groups who shout the loudest, public sector workers,  professional benefit claimants and asylum seekers. It is people like me who will be bled dry to finance those above.

I'm slightly concerned - only slightly 'cos whoever comes to power will have little effect on me personally in the relatively short time I have left.

I do think it will be a hung parliament & quite a turbulent time for the politicos.

In the event of a hung parliament, a strong third party can have considerable influence as long as they are savvy enough not to just go along with their larger coalition partner. Definitely worth consideration.
