Could any Americans on AB, tell me why they think America has done a great thing in having a BLACK President.

I would have thought better of them, had they had a American Indian as President.

Land of the FREE???(Ha! Ha!) and all that.

One step at a time though eh ? If Mr Obama had been elected say 40 years ago, he probably would have been assassinated within days of his inauguration.

As far as I am aware the only regular US contributor is Clanad. I seem to recall he is not a member of the Obama fan club.
I think AP's comment says about as much as I can.
