Can you imagine the "Club Bans Quadriplegic" headline in the Daily Wail?

Can you imagine that newspaper's campaign to get the ban lifted?
Can you also imagine the way that the local media would pick up on that campaign?
Can you imagine the Club's inevitable lifting of the ban (accompanied by loads of apologies)?

If you can't, you either have no imagination or just no concept of the impact of bad publicity ;-)

What could they do.......... confiscate his battery until the end of the match. I imagine they will give him a stern warning. I beleive they gave Erica Roe, the streaker at the Rugby match a stiff warning.

On the other hand, look at the publicity Northampton got. Imagine how bad that would have been had they come on strong against him. I actually saw this on the local news and had they decided to prosecute or ban him, they'd have come out of it looking like bullies
