It's not the fact of the affairs that is of interest, but the use (or abuse) of the juricidial system by people wealthy enough to apply for injunctions.
And the attempted gagging of not only the press but members of the public who use sites such as Twitter.

I can see where you are coming from, but the questerner was enquiring 'who the second footballer was?', hence my answer.

Getting back to your answer, whereas I have said "I can see where you are coming from" I must ask you this,

If you had a secret you would wish not to share with the rest of the world, would you (if you could afford it) also pay to keep your secret fro being 'let out'?

Secondly regarding the juridical system, what about all those that for some reason or other are granted 'Legal Aid' while others less fortunate cannot afford to go through the courts, with their grievances.

Nobody could get legal aid for an injunction.
In my experience, keeping a low profile whilst the gossip flies is the best way to deal with secrets that have come out.
Lying or gagging only makes things worse and keeps the topic 'hot'.

The review and cut back of legal aid some years ago has definitely punished many people 'unfortunate' enough to be just above the qualifying income. Nowadays only the very poor and the wealthy can afford to take matters to court, it seems.
