/// The Tunisian terrorist is likely to use human rights legislation to argue that it is unsafe for him to be returned to his home country, so he can stay permanently in Britain.///

I know that he has only been allowed to stay by the Court of Appeal while he fights the Home Office's ruling.

But it would seem that once again we have been lumbered with yet another know terrorist.

Human Rights Act strikes again then.
Could he not be returned to Italy. He was safe there.
yep, just send them here...and let them stay
Who is picking up the tab for this............hmmmm, I wonder (:o(
Wasn't there a revolution in Tunisia? He'd be lauded there now.
It's time they chucked them all out - no excuses. If the ruling is that they go home that is what should b done. We must be the softest touch on the planet, with all the worlds misfits and miscreants. Sod the Human Rights it;s a load of rubbish.
I think Cameron wanted to review (and repeal some of) the Human Rights laws but is now unable to do so as the Lib-Dems are against it.

Yet another of the worlds garbage, who's gay lover says "the maniac's mind was poisoned by drugs in Britain"

Perhaps he too will be much safer if he is extradited back to Britain, to face trial?
Every week we hear examples of criminals both foreign and home grown getting away with their crimes because of the their human rights. Some have even been paid compensation. We have always been soft on crime and the human rights act has just made us softer. Cameron is gutless . In opposition he promised much with regards to the EU legislation which was against our interests. After one year he has done nothing in that respect. It's no good blaming the soft woolly Lib/dems. Cameron appointed
Europhile, pro-criminal Kenneth Clarke. That in itself shows his words are hot air.
I don't know why we have forces stationed abroad fighting numerous wars to protect Britain. Most of the enemy is holed up in Britain and claiming benefits to boot.
This country has gone to pot. I don't know who decides these peoples fates, but why should we be lumbered with them. It does get me so angry, but what can we do.

I wonder what kind of country my poor children will grow up in :-(
